Walk through snowy forest in the evening and head towards a fell with a local guide. Use headlamps, move at a relaxed pace and enjoy the quiet atmosphere of Lapland after dark.
Towards the night sky
We operate in the Pyhä, Luosto and Kemijärvi area, with access to different fells. Based on your location and the conditions, we choose the best place for the evening.
As we move higher, the surroundings open up. If the sky is clear and you are lucky, you may see the Northern Lights along the way. Moving through nature is one of the most natural ways to experience them.
Moving in the dark
Most of the time, we move through the forest using headlamps. The light follows your steps, and the surroundings feel different than during the day. Snowshoeing is easy to learn, and your guide will help you get comfortable as we go.
