We are a local couple living in a small village in Kemijärvi, in Finnish Lapland. Our home is surrounded by forests, lakes and fells, and nature is part of our everyday life in a very natural and simple way.

We organise small group experiences in the Pyhä, Luosto and Kemijärvi area, always focusing on keeping things relaxed, personal and close to nature.

Our background comes from years of working in tourism and with international guests. We have both been involved in guiding and outdoor experiences in Lapland for several years, as well as in different international projects. This has given us a strong understanding of what people are looking for when they come to Lapland, but also how to keep the experience natural and not overproduced.

Before moving north, life started in Central Finland, but over time Lapland became more than just a place to visit. It became home. What made us stay was not only the landscapes, but the way of life, the space, the quiet and the connection to nature. That is something we want to share through our experiences.​

We live in a small village of less than 100 people, where life still follows a slower rhythm. In our village, people gather to plant potatoes together, and everyday life can feel like stepping back one generation. This way of living has shaped how we see what is meaningful.

We spend our time outdoors throughout the year. Fishing is a big part of our life, both in summer on the water and in winter on the ice. We move in the forest daily with our dog, and often use ingredients from nature in our meals. Living this close to nature is not something we organise separately, it is simply how we live.

Alongside guiding, we also work with marketing and visual content, including photography and projects connected to local businesses such as professional fishermen. This connection to local livelihoods gives us a broader perspective on the area and its way of life.

Our experiences are built around the same things we value ourselves: calm moments, small groups and time outdoors without rush. For us, the best moments are often simple, walking through a quiet forest, sitting by the fire, fishing on a frozen lake or just taking time to look around.

Nature is where we go to slow down, clear our thoughts and feel present. That is something we want to share with those who join us. Not just the landscapes, but the feeling of being there.
