Night hiking tour - wish for the aurora

Service Description

Experience the peaceful darkness of Lapland on a guided night hike trough snowy forest and fell landscapes. After sunset, the world becomes still, the snow glows softly and the air feels fresh and magical. This slow, safe and atmospheric tour lets you feel Lapland in a completely different way. To make your evening easy, pickup from Kemijärvi and Pyhä center is included. Your local guide chooses the route based on weather and conditions, and we take breaks by a small campfire to enjoy hot drinks and snacks. If the sky is clear and nature is kind, you may even spot the northern lights - but as always in Lapland, we cannot guarantee them. What we can guarantee is memorable winter night experience in the quiet Arctic forest. The tour times are approximate and may be sligtly shorter or longer depending on your pace, conditions and the natural flow of the experience. Pick-up from the Pyhä and Kemijärvi areas is included in the price within a 20 km radius of either town center. For longer distances, pick-up can be arranged in advance.
